Processing and Dispatch

Eligible in-stock products marked as ready to ship are normally dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after daily processing closes, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Made-to-order and personalized products require production time. The estimated preparation time is shown on the relevant product page or confirmed after order review.

Shipping Rates and Tracking

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We ship from Istanbul, Turkey. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and local conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Damage or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the case.
